What It’s Like to Work With Me

A look into the experience I want every client to have

Booking a photographer is more than hiring someone to take pictures. It’s choosing someone to step into some of your most meaningful moments. Whether it’s your wedding day, a quiet family session, or a milestone you’ve waited a long time for, you deserve to work with someone who makes you feel safe, seen, and celebrated.

So if you’re wondering what it’s like to work with me, here is what I hope you’ll experience, from the very first message to the moment you open your final gallery.

I want you to feel comfortable
First and foremost, I want you to feel like you can show up exactly as you are. No pressure to perform. No need to be perfect. I will guide you gently, help you feel relaxed, and make sure we’re always moving at a pace that feels good to you. If you need breaks, encouragement, or just a deep breath, I’m right there with you.

I want it to feel easy
I know life is busy. That is why I try to make everything about the process as smooth and stress free as possible. I will help you plan your session, suggest locations, answer questions, and be your calm presence throughout. I’m not just your photographer. I’m your teammate in making this a beautiful and peaceful experience.

I want to capture what’s real
Yes, we will get a few posed shots for the frame. But what I really love is capturing the in between. The way your partner looks at you when you’re not looking. The way your child rests their head on your shoulder. The real laughter, the tiny gestures, the soft glances. That’s what tells your story. That’s what lasts.

I want you to walk away with more than just photos
Of course, you’ll receive a carefully edited gallery filled with images you’ll treasure. But I also hope you walk away with memories of the experience itself. Of feeling seen, supported, and celebrated. I hope the session feels like a pause in the chaos. A deep breath. A moment you’ll want to return to again and again.

A note from me to you
Whether this is your first session or your tenth, whether you’re planning something big or just want to capture a small piece of everyday life, I would be honored to be part of it.

If you're looking for someone who will show up with care, intention, and heart, I’m here.

Let’s create something meaningful together.
